Affordable Virtual Counselling

Transform Your Life.

Affordable Virtual Counselling

You have been thinking about getting started with therapy but can’t make the financial commitment right now. It feels like high quality therapy is out of reach. You have reached out to local agencies for low-cost counselling only to find that they put you on a 6 month waitlist. You feel stuck, lost and defeated

At Creating Connection we understand that when you reach out is when you need to be connected. You’ve had enough of suffering in silence and you’re ready to take the leap to do the work and make changes now. You want to feel supported, valued, important and not just another number in line.

For this reason, we now offer affordable counselling services with a practicum clinician. Contact us to learn more about counselling services and secure video therapy.

Why choose a practicum clinician as your therapist?

Practicum clinicians are typically completing placement hours while obtaining their Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. They have completed their coursework and are working closely alongside a Registered Psychotherapist while receiving hands-on direct client contact hours. Practicum clinicians are exposed to many various theoretical orientations and are up to date with the newest research on mental health disorders, assessments, and evidence-based practices. Practicum clinicians participate in weekly supervision which offers the clients a supportive and professional team approach.

Specialized treatment costs $125-$150 +tax per 50 min session. Our Affordable Therapy Program offers individual and couples therapy for $75 (tax in) per 50 min session. If cost is a barrier to your mental health treatment, contact us to learn more about our Affordable Therapy Program.
