Maintaining Your Child’s Mental Wellbeing Throughout Summer

While summer promises fun and relaxation for many, the shift from school routines to unstructured days can be challenging for some children.

Here are key considerations to support your child’s mental health this summer.

1. Social Engagement: 

Transitioning from daily interactions with friends at school to potentially lengthy breaks can be isolating. It’s crucial to facilitate opportunities for children to maintain friendships through organized playdates or group activities.

With no early school mornings, children often adopt later bedtimes and irregular sleep patterns. Increased daylight and warmer temperatures can further disrupt sleep quality.
