Payment Policy
Payment for services are due at the beginning of each session and a receipt will be given when payment is received. Clients can pay by credit, debit or e-transfer at each appointment. Some extended health benefits will cover a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker. You should check with your insurance provider to find out what kind of coverage you have.
Cancellation/Missed Appointments
We value the time and effort you dedicate to your treatment, and each appointment is a time set aside exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to you, your therapist, and other clients who may need appointments, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you miss, reschedule, or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will apply. This policy helps us provide consistent and effective care to all clients.
